    1. Hi Rosie…it seems your message got lost in my inbox, so sorry for the late reply! Cracker recipe as follows: 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup wholemeal flour, 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup water…Oven at 165 degrees celcius. Oil tray & scatter with a bit of flour, then shake off excess flour. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Roll out dough as thinly as possible (virtually see-through). Transfer to tray. Cut into pieces. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and extra seeds. Bake 15-18 mins until crisp and a pale golden colour. Enjoy 🙂
